For Adults
Take time for yourself on Sunday afternoon for a FREE slow flow yoga class, featuring a breathe to movement sequence that encourages muscle lengthening and overall relaxation. Meet on the old courthouse lawn, at 1 p.m. Bring a mat or feel free to go without & be grounded in grass.
For Kids
Bring the kids out on Friday for FREE animal-inspired kids yoga at Maddie’s Park, at 4 p.m. No need for a yoga mat, just show up with a smile and an imagination! All ages are welcome, however this event is geared for ages 5 to 10.
