Our beloved Grand Parade is moving to a new time slot! Don’t miss this year’s parade stepping off at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 15th! If you are interested in being a part of our parade, please head over to stantonofd.com/grand-parade to get pre-registered, and plan to join the line up beginning at 9:00 A.M.
The theme for this year’s Grand Parade and Festival is “Old-Fashioned Pride, All-American Ride: Celebrating 250 Years of the U.S.A.” We encourage you to get creative and represent what this means to you in your float design or decoration of your entry.
There will be a contest to see which parade entries can best bring their patriotic ideas to life. Cash prizes of $100, $75, and $50 will go to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place entries. We’d like to thank Sheridan Community Hospital for judging and sponsoring this contest.
