The theme for this year’s Grand Parade and several festival events will be “White Pine Legacy.” There will be a contest to see which parade entries can best use their creativity to bring their logging and lumberjack related ideas to life. Cash prizes of $100, $75, and $50 will go to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place entries. We’d like to thank Sheridan Community Hospital for judging and sponsoring this contest.
We are requesting that parade participants pre-register this year, so our dedicated Stanton Rotary volunteers can have a head start for planning and organizing. Since this is a new expectation, on-site registrations the day of will still be available, but they will greatly appreciate any advance sign ups.
