Here’s something new to offer you! SOFD has wanted to add a basketball competition to our festival for several years, so we’re very excited to announce that the Central Montcalm Basketball Program will make it all happen by hosting a 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament this year.
The “Hornet Classic” tournament will take place at the CM Middle-High School Gyms on Saturday, with check in starting at 8:00 a.m. before game play begins at 9:00 a.m. Play is expected to continue until early afternoon.
Registrations must be received by August 8 to be included in the bracket. Cost is $75 per team of 3 players with an optional 4th as an alternate. Divisions are by gender starting from age 10 and under and going up to ages 35+.
All proceeds from this event will support the basketball program at Central Montcalm.
