2017 Tractor Show

Tractor Show
The Old Iron Tractor Club presents the 2017 Tractor Show. Farmers and tractor enthusiasts alike will love Stanton Old Fashioned Days annual tractor show, held Saturday, Aug. 12, from 8:00 until Noon. Tractors of all makes and models line Main Street. Come see and hear the history of farming as you take in the many tractors on display. This year the Case tractor is the featured attraction. If you own one of these beauties be sure to bring it out and show it off. For these tractor owners, their tractor is not only work equipment, but it is also something they are proud of. Many of the tractors on display are second and third generation owned.Stanton area farmers love their old tractors, so this show is a fun chance to show them to others and compare childhood stories.50/50 drawings and prizes will be awarded during the show.Registration location is at the Main Street across from Chemical Bank this year. If you have a tractor to show, take it to the Montcalm County Garage located west of Stanton on Main Street. No pre-registration is needed and there is no registration fee. Pictures for the annual tractor calendar will also be taken at the County Garage. When the Foot race has cleared Main Street then the tractor will parade onto Main Street and take their place for all to admire.Contact Bruce Reynolds 616-755-2147, Rick Stewart 989-330-6207 orJim Wicks at 989-831-4444 for more information.
